Authentically Dope is a husband and wife team using their Design and Education backgrounds to uplift the DOPENESS of Black Women through apparel. Founded in Greensboro, NC, We believe Black women should be celebrated and loved
Through clothing, events, and more, we want you to know your dopeness, wear your dopeness, and flaunt your dopeness; Authentically.
When something is authentic, it gets certified with a stamp. Well your dopeness is authentic so we felt like you needed a stamp to mark your authenticity. So here it is. Your stamp. Wear it loudly, wear it proudly. Authentically Dope.
When Margo Ford-Crosby decided that she wanted a way to celebrate Black women, her husband, Jeff, a Graphic Designer/Brand Specialist set the mental gears in motion. After a few more conversations about it, Authentically Dope was born.
This is what you get when design meets education. Margo, an early childhood education professional, consultant, and author who believes that affirmations are beneficial to us all, no matter our age. And Jeff, an entrepreneur and author created Authentically Dope with the intention of creating apparel for women and events to celebrate and encourage Black women.
